Does anyone have any neat tricks for bending small copper (or other) tubing without cracking or pinching it? I'm soon going to replace the oil line that goes from the engine to the oil pressure gauge

Best method... pack with sand, then bend... I'm not comfortable doing that on an oil pipe. Next best, short of the bending tool, is to find an adult beverage with a suitable container diameter, drain
