Hi Scott, I don't know how common the colour Valencia Blue is outside of the UK. This colour reputedly has (had) the highest Lead content of all Triumph colours. Cars in this colour are said to rust

Hmmm, try telling that to my Valencia 13/60 Estate, that thing rusted everywhere!!! :-) I'll sand some of the paint off, and put the dust in the petrol tank, see if it act's as a lead replacement!! :

I'm actually going to strip a load of Lead off the local Church roof and stick great big lumps of it in my fuel tank. Well I reckon it's got as much chance of working as those stupid tin pellet thing

I'm going to nick all the lead of the local church roof and then buy an unleaded head with the money from the scrappie. I'll then run it on leaded for extra protection! Johnny '70 Viterald
