At one time I actually had a dual 5-Bolt/6-Bolt housing. I presume it was a Ford item, but I'm not certain. It was certainly not made of cast iron, just cast aluminum. I tried searching the Web for

Yes they did, but they were rare and are unlikely to surface, so obtaining the parts number is an academic exercise at best. There was a picture of one a long time ago (maybe 10 years?)in a Tiger Tal

also there is a cobra steel bellhousing with both tranny bolt patterns. i came across one when i was doing my 6 bolt conversion. it is steel and very heavy but "safe". if anyone is interested i think
