- I'm not sure if this will work, but it's a 6 lug disc brake conversion for 48-59 trucks. My '59 must have the 53-54 car drums on it. It's 5 lug with, I think, 4 3/4 pattern (still uses the ball type

- I tryed a kit from Classic Performance Products which had the 6 bolt dics brakes but had to return it because the inside return bend on my stock rims would not clear the caliper. Performance Products
