Good Evening, I have two questions: What is the largest Chevy V-8 that will fit in my 1954 Chevy 3100 5 window? Is there a late model step side Chevy bed that will fit my truck? Thanks for any advise

I think the largest engine you can buy from Chevrolet is a 502, and I've seen one of those in an AD truck, so that would answer your first question. I just bought a 454 which I plan to put in my '55

If your asking what bolts in, no V8 will bolt in. Any V8 will require a lot of fabrication and removal of the stock drivetrain. If your asking the largest engine period, be carefull. Your talking to

I knew a guy in Idaho that had some small diesel in a Toyota Landcruiser. This was in the 70's, and I just don't remember what it was. A local guy built a COE with a Cummins diesel about 10 years ago
