My '58 NAPCO has a round hole in the floor for the transfer case shifter. The hole is surrounded by a few screw holes as if a boot once covered the hole. If so, the boot is long gone. Does anyone kno

Mine has the same problem. It looks like it had a boot at one time, but that boot has disappeared long ago. There is a fringe that looks like it was a rubber boot. Maybe a standard transmission boot
