- I hate to sound like a bonehead, but even though I have been hearing about and seeing "blue dots" in catalogs and various places, all I can tell is that they are a different type of tail light lens.

- What the blue dots do is it gives the tail lights a bluish/purplish hue when the light are turned on. You have to place the blue dots right over bulb to get the best effect. They are sorta difficult

- Brad, since I raised the issue of "blue dots", I guess I should explain. Blue dot lenses are just small blue dots about the size of a dime that are installed in the middle of the regular red lens on

- I agree with the many people who think blue dots look cool. My '48 normally wears a set of blue dots I installed in plastic lenses. I also have the original plain glass lenses that came with the truc
