What type of material was used for the front (fixed) portion of the side curtain windows? It appears to have been stitched directly to the side curtain at the front edge, so I am assuming that it was

I've been reading about the differences between torque and horsepower. Some TRs are often referred to as having "grunt." Is that torque? Pat TR4A '67 _______________________________________________

OK, got it figured out. Thanks to Cosmo and Jerry vanVlack. What I wasn't figuring out was that the overflow bottle bracket goes below the radiator bracket, between the frame and the radiator bracket

Pretty close. But IMO that massive flywheel also contributes to 'grunt', while technically it doesn't change the steady-state torque available. Just switching to a lightweight flywheel makes the TR3
