Hi guys, I just got my sprite to the track and ran 3 laps and the motor seized. Could I have a few instructions on removal of the engine? Does the tranny have to come out with it too? Also any ideas

The likely redline for a race 1275 is 7500 rpm, and conservative is 7000 rpm. You can't rev these like the 948's I used to race at 8000 rpm. There may be some guys running 1275's more than 7500 rpm,
