- I ordered the bearing and bushing etc to rebuild my gererator.AS I recall, the plate that secured the ball bearing in place was held in place by rivets.Is there room in there for small machine screws

- I used 8/32 machine screws a few times, just watch, I think I had to grind down the heads of the screws or cut the length down pretty short. I just used what was around, you can probably buy 1/2" lon
