- Car sounds nice! At SHOForum.com there is a method of cleaning the headlights so they look as good as new. Takes some time, but is a whole lot cheaper then new lights. Go to Gen 1 & 2- Suspension, Br

- I polished the lenses on my 92 Mustang and they looked better, but I didn't have any way to polish the inside of the lenses. Half of the yellowing is on the inside. Do the SHO lenses come apart? -- B

- Not without heat. I sanded one completely clear once. Removed all of the fluting... Now the front of the lense looks worse than the inside. I still wouldn't bother with sanding and polishing a lense.

- It's probably UV light doing the damage. On my '97 I've had a new OEM and a TYC one side by side for 3 years. They both have noticeably yellowed but neither is worst than the other. Had an Eagle Eye

- My polishing kit came with new UV coating, it made a world of difference and has held up for two years now, on 2 different cars. Half of the old lens had no UV coating, it had worn-off with time and
