No (I think), what I'm looking for is to cut off an outside point from each 90 degree corner. The radius will be less than 3/8" and it must look perfect. I believe what you're referring to is a hand

If you have a lot of corners to round there is a small punch press that was designed for cardboard and paper that my father used for years to round .032 and .040 aluminum. As I recall it was called
