- Hover the mouse cursor over every icon in the lower right corner until the information shows up. Chances are the proper one will show up. Also on the error, most of them identifies the box with a lab

- That's definitely an AV program. Usually you get AV preinstalled with a new Windows machine and a free 30-day or something trial offer. Then you need to purchase a license to keep getting updates - h

- That is some sort of preinstalled AV program. Remove it and install www.eset.com But keep in mind that there is a malware/spyware program going around that give s similar message. But it is more like
