quick question, what is the cure time for concrete before you can drill and put expansion anchors in it? I poured two small pads last week and I want to mount the buoys on them, but I don't know how

I believe the correct answer is "it depends". But 3 days is likely fine, if you aren't going to be putting much load on the anchors. 28 days is the curing time to reach rated strength. -- Randall __
