I use Dexron ATF.. Marvel Mystery Oil made it ping on acceleration, luckily my daughter was kind enough to buy me a 2 qt can of MMO, asked for the little bottle :( I dumped the rest of the can in all

It doesn't have to be specifically dash pot oil. As long as it's the correct weight most any oil will do. ATF, MMM, Power steering fluid, engine oil, motorcycle fork oil all work well. 3 in 1 and WD-
