- Open to interpretation, methinks; the rule is "no motorized skateboards". I don't know the canonical definition but something with two wheels, handlebar steering, and a drum brake isn't a skateboard

- I asked for Nationals and they said it was OK - they weren't allowed on the course - which makes sense. I was told the same thing at the site and double checked at registration and they said it was

- I was Chief of Safety at Nats this year and they were not allowed anywhere. It was also in sub regs. Glenn

- In any case, a regular scooter would be handy, especially if you made it fold up like this electric one does. It would be lighter, and darn near as effective as a bicycle on the flat site. Phil Ethie
