I think you should be able to pull the distributor up, not even completely remove it, and turn the rotor (and attached dist. drive shaft) 180 degrees and tighten her back down, good luck! Greg Lemon

Your distributor is not backwards. Just take the drive dog out of the distributor housing and flip it around 180 degrees. It's your drive dog that is in backwards. Very common mistake. Alan _________
