You mean fill all the seams and cracks under the car? I'll take your word for it Rich, but I'm not comfortable with the idea. I think any compound--paint, sealer or otherwise--will be compromised eve

When the car is painted only little primer/paint will end up in (these lower) seams. Using the correct type of Waxoil, Tectyl or similar in the cavities will also protect most seams and if you apply
