Well I finally got around to start the TR6's engine today. After my friend Percy (he's into MGs...sorry) helped me connect things together we cranked it and it would sputter quite a bit and die.....T

sounds like you have already spotted the location of your leak. You can get suitable Orings for the plugs from your local hardware store, ACE or whoever. As for the failure to start, you are obvious
