You have one data point. DO a leakdown test and get another data point. To be honest, 20 - 25 pounds diff sounds like a lot, but it's only about 10% variation. No perfect, but not really, really bad.

Robert--The compression test readings you show are very high, esp. for the '74 model which has a relatively low CR from the factory. If the head was milled quite a bit at some time in the past, then
