My electric latches havn't given any trouble. I will hold off changing to air latches until they act up, or until I have the door skins off for full door restoration, whichever comes first. Of course

George, Don't know. I know it's easier that way. The big problem would be getting the wire connector out of the door. I don't know if you can snake the air line down through door or not. John John T.
