I usually lurk on this list since I own a 77 Midget with a 1500cc engine. The real problem is that Triumph named the car a Spitfire. Now if they had named it something like a Midget you would have no

A guy I know used to have trouble with wide race tires. The ones at the bottom of the stack were sometimes really hard to mount because they could not get them close enough to the rim to set the bead

Dave, All auto windows except the windshield are make of tempered glass that is designed to break into a million of tiny little bits. This is so that you can not get a large cut from the broken glass
