that's exactly where I'm at--yes, my wife bought a tool. but it's a tool I'd rather never use ($2800 will buy a lot of lawn service) and now that we have it it's going to be that much harder to avoid

the pilot stays lit, and the heater can't be any older than the 1990s, when the house was built. and you have to hold down the button to light the pilot. it's in the garage, but nowhere near a dryer

where do you live? I got an ~$800 quote for a ~2000 sq. ft. house in florida. I'd do what phil suggested, or else head to home depot and put them up yourself. seamless is great, but not $2500 great.
