DON'T use Plexiglas. It could yellow and quite possibly crack. Use Lexan. Lexan will not crack and you can easily cut it with a jigsaw and a wood blade. Lexan is not quite as scratch resistant as ple

The change out is finally complete and I am happy with the new head. It does run a little hotter on the temperature gauge, but that may be the new t'stat - not the smaller coolant holes in the head.

works. So I'm a bit stumped. All these systems worked fine Check your hazard switch. The turn signal circuit goes through the hazard switch. That may solve part of your problem....
