So far I have gotten a couple of good responses, but to clarify one thing: I don't think that anyone has done what I am doing with the exhaust so numbers I am looking for are approximate for my needs

For the record, the insulation is for the rockers, since my pipes are going THROUGH the rockers. I would like to put a little something down so that I don't burn the paint and the carpet off the sill

Yea, I like Jegs too. I'm a bit stuck on Summit cause thwy were about 30 minutes from my house in Ohio and I used to just pick stuff up from them. In my experience Summit beats Jegs on 95% of product

You aren't allowed to quote me on this, but these are similar to the headers I am building. According to Ted Schumacker(sp?) at TSI a header of said design in a Triumph is worth 12-15% over block hug
