- I never understand why people (other than independent garage owners) get in such a lather about voluntary (and all proposals have been voluntary) scrappage laws. No one is selling anything worthwhile

- Trucks are changing to disc to meet newer shorter stopping distance requirements (here in the states). Other than self-powering and possibly lighter weight, I see no advantage to drums. _____________
