Hi Vic, I have talked with many people regarding exhaust and headers. All that I have spoken with recommend the 4-2-1 header for torque (lower RPM power) and the 4-1 header for high RPM power. My car

I use the Spax on my Spit. I got them when I started autocrossing a lot and found them to be very good. I wish I had spent the extra money for the adjustable spring seats. If you go with the Spax pay
