Hell - I towed for years with a trailer I built out of planks and wire - a central stanchion held up the centre of the cable, which in turn anchored the ends of the 2 x 12 that was the trailer bed. C

While I don't disagree with your sentiment, the Bugeye example is a bit less egregious than you indicate, as the engine is a later version of the 948 (via 1098) that WAS used in the car. Your example

Ed, how is Sovren treating race cars that ran with other sanctioning bodies? The ones like me that ran Conference wouldn't be a problem, as the Conference improved rules mirrored SCCA pretty closely
