<<A lot of those 9" alfin drums are just Datsun 240 Z rear drums which are drilled differently. You can get them really cheap at junk yards but I don't know what you'd do with the Datsun lug holes...

The TR4 is about 30-33# as I remember it. Some versions of the TR3 were about 23 #, I think. ...as you indicate. I have redrilled, especially for the use of the later diaphragm type clutches and this
