CLEARING THE FLUID LOSS! The "COMPLETE" booster kit should include a new "ring" seal for that area. It has the same tendencies to shaft/bore wear as the original - but with a not-so-smooth used rod.

In the boating world, in a pinch, molds of FIBERGLASS can by splashed off a an original fiberglass, or of straw/plaster. Due to shrinkage and warping, great care is necessary to get a useable mold.
