Can't help you with the tires but wish to point out that another inch on the tire diameter will only knock the rev's down by ~4%. Is this really worth having your speedo and odo out of calibration?

I found the u-shaped hose at NAPA today, p/n 10777. It's virtually identical and costs ~$8 in these parts. The other (adjacent) hose I was looking for can be matched up pretty well with NAPA p/n 1083
