- Sounds like a Mountney wheel. Last time I needed a hub, I got it from Demon Tweeks in the UK; they were happy to sell me just the hub adapter.

- sounds like MotoLita to me, although the number of bolts may be wrong. But what I do is make up an adaptor from what ever hub I have to whatever steering wheel PCD is required. 1/4" aluminium is all
