At one point I compared the 500X15 Hoosier with the same sized Goodyear Bluestreak repro, and the tread was about the same, but the Goodear carcass was an inch wider - a close fit under my fenders. B

At last!!!!!!!! I couldn't agree more. I've tried both the soft and hard Dunlop L's on my special which being underpowered really plows it's front end and gets huge amounts of wheel spin at the rear.
