i just had a thought, maybe the rubber channels on the soft top can be moved out toward the glass; that would be too easy. spent an interesting day cleaning the inside of my valve cover. (bored much)

Hey Alan, The top rubber seal is adjustable & can slide in or out about 1/4" . With the top half open ( or half closed depending on how you see things ) pull up on the velcro sides & you'll see 4 nut

that was part of the problem; frame seems ok i'll probably have to take door panels off and see if i can do anything with window channels
