I've had good luck with Dunlop SP 4's, which are still on my TR4A-IRS. Don't make those anymore! My wife has loved her Yokohama's.........but they don't make the size for her Jag anymore.............

You need to kept the tire diamater close the original or your speedo will be way off. The original tires were 25.4" in diameter. 195/65 is a better choice at 25.0 to 25.2 depending on brand". There

Walt, I forgot to add that the 205/70s are a full inch larger at 26.3 The 185/70s were about 25.2 The 165/80s that were on TR2-4A were 25.4.... so the 185/70 was a approx fit as well. Brian Sanborn
