When I used to live up north , you had to becareful that it wasn't too cold, because the top material becomes brittle and can crack or split. At least thats what happened when I owned vettes, i won't

I don't think I've ever loosened a frozen top before. Do you think some PB Blaster sprayed liberally on your top might help? Remember to let it set in for 24 hours before trying to pry it free. :> J
