JimI went through this a few years ago with my TR6. I ended up sourcing window channel from JC Whitney. The channel comes with the felt already adhered, cut to the length you need with a hacksaw, and

J C Whitney carries a nice selection of steel core window guides. One of those is a perfect match for out cars. If you don't want to replace the steel part you can peel the felt part out and install
