- Out of curiosity, Mike, what size threaded rod did you use ? I used 3/4", and although there is some wear after 4 uses, it looks good for at least another 4 uses to me. I also oiled the threads gene

- The Threaded rod I used is 1/2 diameter--cheap to replace I just need to do it and have seen some procrastintors in TRs ( I looked in the mirror) . I like the 3/4 rod better-Thanks, Mike Andrews TR2i
