When I went to get my 70 Spit smogged I had a $160 worth of exhaust put on it, adjusted the air/fuel mixture as lean as it would go, readjusted the idle, and retarded the timing. It is allowed 600 pp

Joe, Anything older than a 1967 is exempt everything else must be smogged. Even my 1970 Spit MK III that is 25 years old had to be smogged!! Kirk Stanford
