Peter- I have a set of flares. One is broken in half but since they are fiberglass that is an easy fix. The molds are another story. You have to have reverse molds made of very smoth wood, sanded sup

In the boating world, in a pinch, molds of FIBERGLASS can by splashed off a an original fiberglass, or of straw/plaster. Due to shrinkage and warping, great care is necessary to get a useable mold.
