- PA has a regulation limiting a car's tire width? Never heard of that before. What would be their rationale for such a thing. I do know that when I lived in IL they changed the law and started disall

- Florida has a little enforced law that states the fenders must cover the tires completely. In 30 years, I can only recall meeting one person who got sited. Apparently, he was pulled over on speeding
