- Gas starvation... The partially full filter is a sure sign. Look for blockage where the fuel line joins the cross pipe. In my Alpines its always been black slivers of the orginal tank inside coating.

- Hi Mark Don't splice into the wire. Find the end at the starter solonide, disconnect it. Bring the two wires from the ammeter to the solonide. Terminate them in ring terminals like the brown wire's.
