- Patricia, It was probably cold, or at least the gas from the underground tank was cold when you filled the tank brimming full. Then when the weather warmed up, or just sunshine on the back of the car

- dupont centauri is my choice for a trouble free finish. it will chip! if your chips are not too large you can build paint in the depressions and after proper hardening wet sand them and buff to get a
