yes, the seal can be replaced, the windscreen frame does in fact bolt in from the top and bottom. To reach the bolts and replace the seal at the top the headliner must be out of the way though - whic

It does in fact come out. Once all the bolts are removed, it can be tilted forward and removed. The lower post brackets/clamps must also be removed (two bolts on each side way up under there) to allo
