- I take the block and power wash it at the car wash. Rinse well and assembly lube, I use half 30 weight oil and half STP. Sticks and lubes very well. Mark Bunce 1970 Mk III Spitfire (1 side done) 1976

- Barry, Go to your local electrical supply house and see if they have a McGill switch catalog.I just change a switch in an oven at work and the switch was a rocker w/ bezel. They come in all differen
