- i allways using thermal expansion and contraction to remove or install races and bearings... but i agree with you, that you have to be very controlled and carefull or warpage will occure,, PAK fontan

- well, we all know what dot 3 brake fluid does.. don't we? MEK works good to soften up old paint.. so does acetone mixed with thinner.. pak
