I would suggest that you use hammer and chisel on the nut. You should be able to crack it and then remove it. Jim V.

The tap and die set should have had a drill size chart with it. The larger taps that I have also has the drill size stamped on them. Usually they are number sizes and not fractional sizes. Jim V.

I have a four bag central dust collector that I use for all of my tools. I use sprial galvanized pipe and blast gates on all my tools. I reduced the size of the pipes to match the tool and distance.
