- I have talked to many on the list and read Jim Forbes article about rear-ends that will work for a 55 2nd TF. Everything i am hearing and reading says I need a rearend with 61" from outside brake hub

- I really havn't gotten far enough to think about tires and rims. Right now i have some tires that i picked up some place just to use to roll it around and they are P275/60/R15 and they are close to 9

- I'm no expert on this subject but have learned this about the rear end in my '55 1st series, which I think is the same as you TF guys have. Use the stock rear end. First, from a pro drag racer friend
