- only bolt-up will be 216/235/261 get a GMC bellhousing for same year as truck and get a 228/248/270/302-superior motors! if you are willing to do some frame crossmembers then my personal choice for a

- Maybe I'm not enough of a connoisseur, but I love my 235. It was very carefully rebuilt and it is rock solid and smooth. My truck is a 1959 Chevy 3200. The original engine was un-rebuildable so I got
