- Even the canadian GMC have different script. Mine is 9300 which is the same as a 100(i think), 1/2 ton short wheel base, small back window. the truck even came from the factory with a 235 and six vol

- i just finished putting a 57 gmc 1 ton column into a 56 1/2 ton chev frame the only difference i could find from rummaging around the wrecking yards is that the later columns looks to be about 2 inch
